Sound Attenuation

  • Request to Participate - Sound Attenuation Option:
  • The Request to Participate is the homeowner’s application to sign up for the Sound Attenuation Option.

  • Participant Authorization Agreement:
  • The Participant Authorization Agreement outlines the homeowner’s responsibilities throughout the Sound Attenuation process.

    In order to participate in the Noise Mitigation Program, the homeowner must sign an avigation easement. The easement grants the Tulsa International Airport the right to have airplanes fly over the property.

  • Selection Sheets:
  • The Selection Sheets include window color and door styles available in our Program. During the assessment visit, the QuieterHome team will go over these forms and discuss which options are available in your home.

  • Informational Brochure:
  • The Informational Brochure gives an overview of the Sound Attenuation process from start to finish.

  • Pre-Construction Brochure:
  • The Pre-Construction Brochure explains what preparations the Homeowner needs to make before and during construction.

  • Pre-Construction Survey:
  • This survey is given to the homeowner prior to the treatment of their home to evaluate the current level of aircraft noise disturbance and rate their experience with the Program thus far.

  • Post-Construction Survey:
  • This survey is given to homeowner after the treatment of their home to track the effectiveness of the Program. The survey also allows the homeowner to rate their experience with the Program and provide feedback.

  • Hardship Application:
  • This application is for homeowners who have a medical or financial hardship situation and wish to apply for priority in the placement of the program. All hardship applications must be returned with required documentation.
